In this section, I detail the projects I like to do from time to time, relating to music, art, and stories that I love

Sangrur, Punjab- India Cinematics

Some story-like cinematics in India showcasing the untapped and often unseen beauty of the country.

Video Essay- Lil Wayne’s “Let It All Work Out”

In this video I created, I break down the production and lyrics of a fantastic track about suicide and overcoming struggle. I go into the nitty gritty, speaking on song structure as well as just how Lil Wayne is able to relate to the listener with his own remarkable story. I even speak on themes and very specific aspects (like EQed out vocals, interludes, and sampling techniques). Since I love hip hop and music in general, it was exciting to plan the script for it and follow through with interesting effects on Adobe Premiere. Check it out below- I think you’ll appreciate the aesthetic and style I bring!

Video Essay- Avatar the Last Airbender

Though seen as an animated TV show for children, ATLA succeeds in more than that. It appeals to almost every audience age for not treating its viewers as clueless subjects. It tackles tough themes like racism, war, and moral depravity, and in this video essay, I speak primarily on how some of these themes are brilliantly executed all the way til the ending. Overall, I argue in favor of a main character’s final decision and why it is congruent with his beliefs, and character arc throughout. I hope to make more video essays like this to test my creativity in playing around with video editing and sound manipulation to create an even better experience for viewers!
